Our History
TechPal was started as an interim project, while Atul Gupta was on the search of a new job, after leaving his post as Director of IT, Alumni Relations at USC. In the almost eight years since its' inception, we have grown steadily, and serve over 400 clients on three continents.

And when you do, we want to partner with that department to continue innovating the delivery of your technology solutions to you.

TechPal is in the business of building relationships, long lasting relationships. We are in it for the long haul. Once you join our client list, you become part of a small, but exclusive family. Our primary goal is to work with you and solve problems for you the same way we would our own family. With that goal in mind we do everything we can to empower you to learn to use your technology without fear, knowing that TechPal is there waiting in the wings to assist, when the need arise.

Our Pledge to You
We are perfectionists, as a result we may take a bit longer or deeper approach to solving issues. The problem needs to be solved on a permanent basis and not as stop-gap measure. It is also our policy to work with only legally licensed software and hardware. We can assist you in licensing your technology. You would not shoplift or steal would you? You would want to be paid for your work, wouldn't you?. Software developers deserve to be paid for their work.
