| What do I do if there is a discrepancy on my invoice? |

- Please email us at billing@tech-pal.com. Include the invoice number and what the issue is and what you feel needs to be resolved. We will review your submission and get back to you.

- We bill by the hour per technician needed for the job. We also offer service contracts for those clients who need regular support. Please see our rate sheets for a complete list of charges and service offerings.
